We like to share with you the latest from our New Zealand duo
Emilie and Abby (Maaike) started a new blog,

Obviously clothing is what we love and do but there is so much more to our lives and we want to share some of it with you! ABOUT THE BRAND
Maaike（マイケ）はニュージーランドのオークランドを拠点とする主にウィメンズウェアを扱うブランドで、2010年にAbby van SchrevenとEmilie Pullarが設立した。マイケのコレクションは、ダークな色合いの流れるようなシルクが遊び心のあるスポーティーなニットと混じり合い、パーフェクトなミックスとなっている。彼女たちがよく使うファブリックは、より大胆でグラフィックなエッジのきいたコットンニットだけでなく流れるようなデジタルシルクにも見られ、瞬く間にブランドのデザインの中心になりつつある。
ニュージーランド内の有名ブティックや最近ではアジアでも販売され始め、どの年齢層も満足させるタイムレスな着やすい服でマイケは成長し続けている。

Autumn Winter 2014-15 Press Release

2014/15年冬コレクション「When Icicles Hang by the Wall（氷柱が壁に下がる時）」いつものようにこのコレクションもマイケ定番のファブリックで幕を開ける。凍った滝のレイヤーがシルクのジョーゼットを流れ落ち、凍ったテーマがスクリーン印刷へと連なり、コレクションのタイトルが氷柱と幾何学的な氷山のデザインを伴って滴っていく。おきまりの白と黒のリボンファブリックはより大胆なグラフィック要素をもたらし、その一方でスペックルと稲妻のニットウェアが温かさと心地よさを感じさせる。軽めのシルクがヘヴィーなメリノとスエットシャツ地のコートの下に重ねるようにデザインされ、防寒のために長いメリノスカーフを巻く。
